1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include all accessories, labels, and seals (if applicable)
• Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

2. Product Inspection Process

Once we receive your returned product, our team will carefully examine and inspect the item and its packaging.

Refunds will only be approved if:

• The product passes our inspection process
• The packaging is in acceptable condition
• The product is not damaged, opened excessively, or tampered with

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned item does not meet our return conditions.

3. Refund Processing Time

If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 15 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not be eligible for refunds:

• Opened or heavily used products
• Products damaged by the customer
• Items returned without original packaging
• Custom or special-order products
• Gift cards or promotional items

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

6. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
